Taking my talents to South Beach,

Hello Beauties,

Welcome Back! As you can tell by the name of this post, I did some traveling. I started the first half of my year in sunny Miami with sand between my toes and an adult beverage in my hand. Every year faithfully, my crew and I celebrate our friend Joe’s birthday somewhere fun and exciting this year was no different. Below are all the deets from my quick Miami weekend getaway. Enjoy!

Where I slept: I stayed on Miami Beach in an AirBnB condo. Now, when my friend said we will be staying at a AirBnB; I was a little skeptical and had TONS of questions about the condo and location. However, upon arrival I immediately fell in love with the space and the “super hip” decor. I felt right at home; I lit my soy pottery barn candle and luxuriated in my swanky accommodations.  Kudos to my friend for pushing me out my comfort zone; I can definitely see myself staying at another AirBnB in the future!

What I ate: Let me just say… the food in Miami is simply heavenly. Every restaurant I went to left me wanting more. With that being said, don’t sleep on these hot spots. I promise you … it will change your life! LOL!

Prime 112  steakhouse GET YOUR ENTIRE LIFE and go visit this restaurant. The crab cake and truffle lobster mac and cheese was so divine! 

Yard Bird- My friends and I brunched here and it was so good! It’s a MUST you go and try there homemade biscuits with jam…. AMAZING!

Big Pink – Stop in and get a fish bowl and some chocolate banana french toast…

Versailles Cuban Restaurant – The garlic bread and guava shake is just sinful…

What I did: There’s so much to do in Miami – of course you have the beaches, dope art galleries, you can shop till you drop, or you can let loose at some of the hottest night clubs. Below are a few places I visited. Hopefully, you saw me “in action” at some of these places via my Instagram or Snapchat. Wood Tavern and LIV; were so bomb!
